I didn't plan on posting about this again, but something happened to me Friday that really illustrates how impactful hostile UX can be.
AI is the worst, but hostile UX is our other enemy.
Lately I have been increasingly frustrated with the user experience (UX) decisions being made by big tech. Etsy and Amazon both have earned my ire in the past week, so I've gotta rant about it.
